Thank you, that looks like exactly what was needed. I plan to use this method a lot to activate triggers in distant areas, depending on various stages of events.

I just wanted to confirm, the new Script Functions file fixed the issue. I was able to enable the trigger in one area, fired from a conversation that takes place on another map.

This is great for advancing story elements, the player returning to previous visited locations to find new events taking place.
