Creating IB2 Module Fully Compatible with IBmini

I'll be working on a basic list of things to keep in mind when creating an IB2 module if you would also like to convert it to IBmini some day down the road (IBmini is the much simplified, limited scope, and less customizable version of IB2).

1) Only use the tile system for area and combat maps (no single image backgrounds).
2) Only use layers 1-3 on area maps.
3) Make all combat maps using only 11x11 squares.
4) Use prefixes for any custom art (t_ for tiles, ptr_ for portraits, etc.)
