ScalerX and ScalerY fields for tile size

In order to increase the variety of tiles and and to have a more organic look, it would be great if the currently selected tile would be drawn at a size that's calculated by original x-dimension multiplied with ScalerX and original y-dimension multiplied with ScalerY.

Both scalers would default to 1. They could be displayed as fields in the area editor that allow float number input (only positive). A good lcoation for both fields might be rigth underneath "selected tile" and above "zoom".

With these properteis in, one tree tile could easily be made to look like five different trees (bonzai / oversize lean / small, but broad bushy thing / little larger / little broader, etc.).
